I appreciate the feedback, Tom! Although I think about a website assessment for external sites, the exact same rules apply to Intranets, Google Sites and SharePoint (once you guys convert to Microsoft 360). For example, syncing the meta data, keywords and content on the Intranet would dramatically improve search. Of course, Rich would have already taken care of that if wasn't such a slacker. I'm not completely certain but, I think I can run a site assessment on your internal site. At least that way you know what's in place and what's missing. And, most importantly, it could provide you additional items for your things to do list! It only takes a few minutes. Let me know and I'll see if it works for an internal app.

Great article John - I found myself bouncing back and forth between your article and the internal website I use to communicate with our organization to see if it meets the criteria you describe. I definitely have some work to do! Thanks for sharing!
